The most luxurious and most expensive hotel room in the world is located at the Raffles Makkah Palace Hotel, located in the holy city of Mecca in Saudi Arabia. This luxurious suite has two bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus a walk-in closet and marble floors. The cost of living in a suite overlooking the famous Kaaba, the holiest site of Islam, is 74,000 rials per night, which is equivalent to $20,000 (about 1.5 million rubles).

The second most expensive hotel room in the world is located at the Four Seasons Hotel in Florence (Italy) – Royal Suite with a large bed. Located next to the Giardino della Gherardesca botanical garden, this 234 sqm room is decorated with exquisite stucco and frescoes evoking Florence's rich art history. Bright and airy room decorated in Renaissance style and equipped with modern amenities. Accommodation in this luxurious suite will cost travelers $17 thousand per night (1.24 million rubles).

In third place in terms of high cost is a hotel room, which is located in the Relais Orso hotel in the capital of Italy – Rome. The room has a balcony that allows you to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the Italian capital without leaving your hotel. The cost of the room is $14,000 per night (1 million rubles).

Fourth place was taken by a room at the Rocco Fort Amigo hotel in Brussels, Belgium, costing about $10,000 (720,000 rubles) per night, and the fifth place was taken by a room at the Jumeirah Frankfurt hotel in Frankfurt (Germany). The price for one night is $9,000 (650,000 rubles).

Sixth place was taken by a room at the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club in Miami, USA. Its cost is $8.5 thousand per night (618 thousand rubles), the seventh is a suite at the Mandarin Oriental – Ritz Madrid hotel in Madrid, Spain, costing about $7 thousand per night (509 thousand rubles).

A room at the Gravity Hotel & Aqua Park Hurghada in Egyptian Hurghada on the Red Sea took eighth place. This hotel suite is elegantly decorated with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a dining area in soft, warm earthy tones, perfect for guests looking for luxury and relaxation.
