A tourist from Turkey was deceived in Moscow by a taxi driver for 15,000 rubles

In the center of Moscow, a taxi driver deceived a tourist from Turkey who paid for a short trip from the street Nikolskaya to the metro station Belorusskaya almost 15'000 rubles. They are trying to find an enterprising driver, writes the Baza Telegram channel.

A young Turkish traveler named Çetin walked around the center of the capital with friends, and then decided to return to the hotel on Belorusskaya. Instead of using the app, he approached a group of taxi drivers on Nikolskaya Street and got into the car of one of them. The price was not indicated in advance.

The 6-kilometer trip lasted about 40 minutes due to traffic jams, after which the taxi driver handed Chetin an electronic check with the amount of 14,289 rubles. A local passenger would have been indignant, but the Turks got confused in the courses and simply gave the driver the money. Later, he realized his mistake and that he planned to give no more than one thousand rubles. “Now they are trying to find a driver with the makings of a businessman,” writes Baza.
