Neme and her mother were only eventually able to return home on another flight after talking to the Brazilian ambassador. “The ambassador called me and said he would help me. We stayed at the embassy house pending a decision. Then he called me on the 24th (November) and replied that he spoke with the head of Qatar Airways and that I was allowed to return without additional payments.
