Russian resorts with the warmest sea named

The water in the Russian Black Sea resorts will warm up to 25-26 degrees in August. The sea will be warmest in Anapa and Gelendzhik. The scientific director of the Russian Hydrometeorological Center Roman Vilfand told tourists about this in an interview with ACC.

“The water temperature on the Black Sea coast is very good. It is two weeks ahead of climatic characteristics. So in the resorts of Anapa and Tuapse the temperature is currently 25 degrees, in Gelendzhik – 26 degrees. And it will be like this in the coming days,” the head of the Hydrometeorological Center said.

At the more popular resorts, the water is a little colder, but also comfortable. So, in Yalta, the sea warmed up to 23 degrees Celsius, in Sochi – up to 24 degrees Celsius. It is expected that the water will soon warm up to 24-25 degrees in Evpatoria after the upwelling that occurred last week – when, due to the work of the winds, cold waters rise from the bottom to the surface and lead to a sharp drop in water temperature.
