As the correspondent of the TURPROM infogroup was told in the press service of the tour operator, in the summer season 2022 Egypt accounts for 55% of the total number of requests for tours.
To meet the increased demand for the destination, the tour operator increases the frequency of flights from Moscow and launches sales of tours with departures from regional cities of Russia. “The charter flight program to Egypt is carried out by the I Fly airline, which has received all the necessary permits from the authorities of both countries. The first direct flights from Moscow this year took place on May 28 to Sharm el-Sheikh and on May 29 to Hurghada with a full load. Currently, flights are carried out on the A330 with a capacity of 378 seats from the capital's Vnukovo airport twice a week to each resort in Egypt. From June 23, the frequency of flights will be increased, and already in July, TEZ TOUR customers will have access to daily flights to Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh,” the company’s press service said.
As for regional programs, then the details are as follows:
- The launch is scheduled for mid-July.
- The flight program will be organized from St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg and Novosibirsk.
- Departures are scheduled to Hurghada with a frequency of 1 time in 10 days.

The maximum depth of sales in the direction now reaches 150 days, but most applications are received 6-14 days before arrival. Separately, TEZ TOUR emphasized that both tourists whose flights to Egypt did not take place due to the suspension of air traffic between the countries since the end of February, and tourists who bought tours to Turkey from tour operators at current prices can transfer their tours to Egypt.< /p>
