But for the past three years, he has lived under the guise of an ordinary tourist and moved freely around Thailand. The Deputy Commissioner of the Bureau of Immigration Police confirmed that the man was registered when entering the kingdoms on December 2, 2019.

According to The Thaiger, the immigration police determined that the man lived in the resort town of Pattaya, where many Russians traditionally come. The criminal court issued an arrest warrant, and on Saturday, immigration police tracked down a 51-year-old suspect in the murder of a Russian on Jomtien Beach in Pattaya and took into custody.
